DFD can design and manufacture custom hose and fitting products. We have multiple braiding machines in-house and the capability to braid any fabric for any hose combination. We can also manufacture any type of fitting, valve or tube assembly.

FABRICATION

DFD excels in fabrication of custom hose and tube assemblies. We have AWS/NAVSEA certified welders and brazers on staff, and also offer in house induction brazing. We have multiple crimpers that can handle production volumes and all variations of hose and tube combinations. If you provide us the drawing, our experienced and skilled staff can fabricate it.

Engineering/Testing

DFD can take your idea from concept through production. As a company, we have over six decades of experience in engineering hose and fitting solutions. We utilize SolidWorks modeling software, while holding AS91000D & ISO 9001:2015 certification.
