Medium Pressure Smooth Bore Hose

  • White non-conductive DuPont Type 62 virgin PTFE tubing, .030 wall tube, .040 wall tube, overbraided with 300 series stainless steel wire.
  • Carbon black conductive lined, DuPont Type 62 virgin PTFE tubing, .030 wall tube, .040 wall tube, overbraided with 300 series stainless steel wire.
  • Applications: Automotive, food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical , compressed air and petrochemical. It can be found in factories, on trucks and buses, automobiles (both on and off road), in laboratories, and in endless manufacturing situations; anywhere that the limitations of rubber, metal and synthetic hoses make PTFE hose the only solution.

High Pressure Smooth Bore Hose

  • Lightweight High Pressure hose is specially constructed for applications requiring strength, reliability and long term performance along with low profile and flexibility.
  • High Pressure PTFE hose is constructed with a smooth inner tube of DuPont Type 62 PTFE, impregnated with carbon black to provide conductivity for static dissipation. The outer braid is a unique bunch braid design made with 300 series stainless steel wire.
  • Applications: Transfer of automotive sealants, reaction injection molding machines, industrial gages, compressed natural gas and hydraulic service.
  • Pressures up to 5000 PSI.
  • Temperature: -65°F to 450°F. For service at 400°F, maximum operating pressure for all sizes is 3,000 PSI.

Heavy Duty High Pressure Smooth Bore Hose

  • Heavy Duty High Pressure hose is the most rugged construction of all; designed to perform in high shock and high vibration applications, especially where the hose may be subject to external abuse.
  • This product is ideal for high pressure impulse and cycling such as reaction injection molding. It’s resistant to hydraulic fluids, oils, acids and corrosive chemicals.
  • Heavy Duty High Pressure hose is designed with a smooth bore conductive DuPont Type 62 PTFE liner, overbraided with multiple layers of stainless steel wire.
  • Pressures up to 6000 PSI.
  • Temperature: -65°F to 450°F. For service at 400°F, maximum operating pressure for all sizes is 3,000 PSI.

Medium Pressure Convoluted Hose

  • The unique construction of tape wrapped convoluted hose and stainless steel braid combines the properties of PTFE with lighter weight and greater flexibility than any hose of comparable size.
  • Other braid materials such as polyester, polypropylene, nylon, and Kynar® are available for special applications.
  • Applications: Chemical plants, food processing, pharmaceutical companies, petrochemical sites, pulp and paper processors.

Medium Pressure Convoluted (Full Vacuum Convoluted Transfer Hose)

  • Heavy Wall White non-conductive, PTFE lined, fiberglass reinforced innercore, spiral wire wrapped, overbraided with 300 series stainless steel wire.
  • Heavy Wall conductive Black (carbon impregnated), PTFE lined, fiberglass reinforced innercore, spiral wire wrapped, overbraided with 300 series stainless steel wire.
  • Full vacuum and pressures up to 750 PSI.

TFX Hose

Medium Pressure Fluoro-Comp® Hose

  • Combines the outstanding properties of fiberglass and fluoropolymers to create the first fluoropolymer (PTFE lined), fiberglass-braided composite hose.
  • The fluoropolymer (PTFE) gives the hose its chemical resistance and is therefore virtually inert to all chemicals.
